# Set display text

Changes the name or support contact a charger shows on its display. Plugchoice writes each value with `ChangeConfiguration`. Returns `204 No Content` when the charger accepts every value.

**charger** `string` *required*

The UUID of the charger.

**settings** `object` *required*

The settings to change, by key: `PredefinedCpoName`, `ContactDetail`, or both. Each value is a string of at most 100 characters. An empty string clears the value.

## Errors

| Status | When |
| - | - |
| `400` | The charger is offline. |
| `422` | A value is too long, a key is not `PredefinedCpoName` or `ContactDetail`, or the charger did not accept the value. In that last case the body has `reason` set to `value_rejected` and `key` set to the refused key. |
