# forbidden

> The token is valid, but its client may not use the SDK API.

| Status | Title |
| - | - |
| `403` | Not allowed |

## Where you see it

**Your server**, on any SDK API endpoint.

## What it means

Your token is valid, but the OAuth client it belongs to has no active SDK integration. Either the integration was turned off, or the token comes from other Plugchoice API credentials.

`detail` says why.

## What to do

* Check that your server uses the client ID and secret of your SDK integration.
* If it does, email [support@plugchoice.com](mailto:support@plugchoice.com).

## Example

```json theme={null}
{
  "type": "https://developer.plugchoice.com/sdk/errors/forbidden",
  "title": "Not allowed",
  "status": 403,
  "code": "forbidden",
  "detail": "These credentials are not for an active Plugchoice SDK integration."
}
```
