# meter-not-found

> A Chargee meter Plugchoice doesn't know yet.

## Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don't need to handle it in your app or on your server.

## What it means

The code from the side of the Chargee meter matches no meter Plugchoice has. Plugchoice knows a Chargee meter once Chargee has shared it.

Your user sees that the meter isn't on Plugchoice yet, is asked to check the code against the meter, and can try again.

## What to do

Nothing. If your users add Chargee meters you expect to be there, ask Plugchoice support whether Chargee has shared them.
