# profile-incomplete

> A link session that asks your customer to agree needs your partner profile, which Plugchoice hasn't reviewed yet.

## Where you see it

* **Your app's result**, when the hosted flow can't start.
* Your user first sees "This page didn't open properly".

## What it means

The link session is for one of your customers, so it asks them to agree to share their charger with you. That screen shows your partner profile: your name, legal name, privacy policy, terms and support details. Plugchoice reviews the profile before any customer sees it, and yours isn't reviewed yet.

## What to do

Email [support@plugchoice.com](mailto:support@plugchoice.com) with your name as your customers know it, your legal name, privacy policy URL and terms URL, and a support email or page.
