# vendor-charger-offline

> Zaptec reports the charger as offline.

| Status | Title |
| - | - |
| `409` | The charger is offline in Zaptec |

## Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don't need to handle it in your app or on your server.

## What it means

A Zaptec charger switches over to Plugchoice through Zaptec's cloud, so it must be online there.

Your user sees "Your charger is offline" and is asked to check its power and internet.

## What to do

Nothing.

## Example

```json theme={null}
{
  "type": "https://developer.plugchoice.com/sdk/errors/vendor-charger-offline",
  "title": "The charger is offline in Zaptec",
  "status": 409,
  "code": "vendor-charger-offline",
  "detail": "Make sure the charger is online in the Zaptec app, then try again."
}
```
