# vendor-not-permitted

> The Zaptec account may not connect this installation.

## Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don't need to handle it in your app or on your server.

## What it means

Only an owner or maintainer of the Zaptec installation can connect it to Plugchoice.

Your user sees "Zaptec does not allow this" and is asked to sign in as the installation's owner, or to ask their installer.

## What to do

Nothing.
