# vendor-sign-in-failed

> Zaptec didn't accept the email address and password.

## Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don't need to handle it in your app or on your server.

## What it means

To connect a Zaptec charger, your user signs in with the Zaptec account that owns it, and Zaptec refused the email address or password.

Your user sees "That did not work" and can try again.
