# vendor-sign-in-required

> The Zaptec sign-in expired, or was never made.

## Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don't need to handle it in your app or on your server.

## What it means

Connecting a Zaptec charger needs your user's Zaptec sign-in from earlier in the link session. That sign-in has expired, or Zaptec no longer accepts it.

Your user sees "Your Zaptec sign-in expired" and signs in again.

## What to do

Nothing.
