# vendor-unavailable

## Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don't need to handle it in your app or on your server.

## What it means

Zaptec's cloud couldn't be reached, timed out or failed.

Your user sees "Zaptec cannot be reached" and can try again in a few minutes.
