Requests the charger to stop an active charging session. The session moves to stopping and then settling once the charger confirms. This endpoint does not require authentication and is rate limited to 10 requests per minute. The session token is the credential. Returns 404 if the token is unknown or has expired, and 400 if the charger refuses the stop or is offline (unplug the cable to end the session in that case).
