Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, when it finishes adding a charger. The link session then doesn’t give your integration access to that charger.

What it means

One integration controls a charger at a time (charger:control: start and stop, current limit, smart charging). Your user’s charger is controlled by another app, your user chose to keep it there, and Plugchoice set up your integration as one that only works with control. held_by.name says which app has it.

What to do

Your user can open a new link session and let your app take control, or remove control from the other app in their Plugchoice account first. If your app can work without control, ask Plugchoice support to change that setting: your integration then gets the other scopes.
