Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don’t need to handle it in your app or on your server.

What it means

The code from the side of the Chargee meter matches no meter Plugchoice has. Plugchoice knows a Chargee meter once Chargee has shared it. Your user sees that the meter isn’t on Plugchoice yet, is asked to check the code against the meter, and can try again.

What to do

Nothing. If your users add Chargee meters you expect to be there, ask Plugchoice support whether Chargee has shared them.
