Where you see it

Your app’s result, when the hosted flow can’t start.
Your user first sees “This page didn’t open properly”.

What it means

The link session is for one of your customers, so it asks them to agree to share their charger with you. That screen shows your partner profile: your name, legal name, privacy policy, terms and support details. Plugchoice reviews the profile before any customer sees it, and yours isn’t reviewed yet.

What to do

Email support@plugchoice.com with your name as your customers know it, your legal name, privacy policy URL and terms URL, and a support email or page.
