pincode-invalid - Plugchoice

Status	Title
`422`	Identity and pincode do not match

Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don’t need to handle it in your app or on your server.

What it means

Either the Chargepoint ID or the pincode is wrong. A Volt Time identity that doesn’t exist is a typo, so it gets the same answer. After too many failed attempts every attempt gets this answer for a while. Your user sees “The identity and pincode do not match” and can change what they typed.

What to do

Nothing.
