Where you see it

Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don’t need to handle it in your app or on your server.

What it means

Someone else uses this charger. Your user sees “This charger belongs to another account”. With claimable: true they can also tap Ask to add it, which starts a claim:

the owner is emailed and has 7 days to answer;
meanwhile your user can prove they’re at the charger by plugging a car in and out.

What to do

Nothing in your app. A claim can succeed after the link session ended: the charger then appears at the link session’s site. On your server, GET /link-sessions/{link_session_id} lists the claims and their status. See Link sessions.
