What it means

Your app opened add without a site. The client session’s scope names several sites and no location or new_site, so it’s unclear where the charger should go.

What to do

Do one of these:

Open add with a site (.addCharger(siteId:), LinkAction.addCharger(siteId), { action: 'add', siteId }).
Scope the client session to the one site.
