Only inside the hosted flow, which handles it. You don’t need to handle it in your app or on your server.

What it means

With scope.new_site, an add link session has no site until your user enters the address. Adding a charger before that is refused. The hosted flow asks for the address first.

What to do

Nothing. If you already know the address, send it as scope.location and your user isn’t asked.
