Your server, your app’s result, or inside the hosted flow: anywhere.

What it means

An unexpected error on Plugchoice’s side. status is 500, or another 5xx status when one applies.

What to do

Retry after a short wait, with backoff.
Creating a client session again is safe: the unused one expires by itself.
If it keeps happening, email support@plugchoice.com with the time and the request.
